Introduction

This design thesis proposes a care center rooted in creating a serene environment by adaptively reusing an existing building to address healthcare interiors sustainability, potentially enhancing the healing process.

An empathic and creative design approach has been applied to the care center

The effective and uniquely responsive interior environment healing spaces such as Nature's corridor, Healing garden, Chromotherapy, Lounge space, and Boutique space are designed which will promote health and wellness as well as will help to achieve physical, psychological, and social health positively of the patients, their families, and caregivers.

Healing Therapy
Chromotherapy is also called Light Therapy which helps to adjust body vibrations to frequencies that result in health and harmony. Happy Lights will heighten good vibes feeling.
The colors chosen are according to:
- Patient's preference
- Mental and Physical well being of the patients
The light therapy will promote physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing


Stoneman Healing Garden

The healing garden can be helpful in lowering stress, reducing depression, and also creating a sense of fulfillment and promotes peace of mind
